    L & D Farms provides event venue rentals, private retreat hosting, photo sessions, and related hospitality services at our property located at 9309 Ooltewah Georgetown Rd, Ooltewah, TN 37363. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

    3. Reservations and Payments

    • All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by L & D Farms.
    • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
    • Applicable taxes will be added to all fees as required by law.

    4. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policies vary by event type and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for specific cancellation terms related to your event.

    All guests and attendees are expected to:

    • Treat the property, facilities, and farm animals with respect
    • Follow all safety guidelines provided by L & D Farms staff
    • Supervise children at all times
    • Refrain from bringing unauthorized animals onto the property
    • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

    L & D Farms is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs on our premises, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests assume all risks associated with visiting a working farm environment.

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of L & D Farms and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

    8. Photography and Media

    L & D Farms may photograph or video events held on our property for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event documented, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

    L & D Farms shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
